Carpaccio of smoked kangaroo loin w organic feta, rocket leaves & wild rosella flower chutney - GF
Warm preserved lemon, garlic & chilli jam QLD king prawns w fresh gazpacho salad, saffron & fennel aioli & toasted rye sails - (GF - w/out rye sails)

Carribean white rum flamed chicken breast over a spicy coconut Bombay mash & a charred pineapple & lime relish - GF
Char-grilled King Island beef w a sweet potato & beetroot galette, three way onions & a mushroom & wholegrain mustard jus - GF
